This workshop assists chapters in identifying the necessary tools to turn chapters into successful ones for ALL its members. Incorpoarting performance tools, practical tips, key success factors & the necessary skills to be part of a top performing chapter. A healthy mixture of statistics, coaching & mentoring tools, development tools as a recipe for success ONLY!
Building effective business relationships
This workshops identifies some key elements that HAVE to be present in any business relationship before Referrals can pass freely. One to One meetings are a success factor in building relationships & are needed in both the early stages & the maturity phase. This workshop is dedicated to building relationships with your fellow members by having effective 1-2-1 meetings!
What is your objective of a 1-1 meeting? A quick chat? A catch-up? Hopefully not. A 1-1 meeting should be about generating business through enhanced relationships! So how effective are yours?
This workshop will help you build better relationships with your chapter members (which leads to more business), as well as showing you how you can get more business directly from your 1-1s.

Compulsory for training for all new teams

Education Coordinators, Events Coordinators, Committee Members and Visitor Hosts to attend for the morning session 10am to 12.30.
The Top Table (CD, MC & ST) should attend for the full day, although all are invited to stay for the full day if they wish.
